ROTC-SLC Backstage runs on a volunteer program, no monies are offered for the services however "in kind" offers may be given do to the cost

of volunteer service supplied. (In kind service can only be given by Chair Leads and passed with a majority vote by the Governing 5 and Chair Leads)
